What do we learn about God?
We learn that God is loving and gracious, demonstrated through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ, for our salvation. He is also powerful and able to reconcile us to Himself (Romans 5:8, 10).
How is Christ Connected?
Jesus is referenced as the one through whom we have peace with God, access to grace, and reconciliation. His death is the means by which we are justified and saved from God's wrath (Romans 5:1-2, 9-11). He is also the "one act of righteousness" that results in justification of life (Romans 5:18).
