What we learn about God
God is faithful to His promises and will bring about the full restoration of Zion. He is passionate about justice and righteousness.
Christological Connection
The coming salvation and the new name can be associated with the coming of Jesus and the new covenant. The new Jerusalem is promised to be a place with no more death or crying, and it will be a place where God dwells with his people.
